Hotel Reservations

Currency Research is pleased to offer the following special room rates to our delegates, subject to the following terms:

Deluxe Room, Single Occupancy: MYR520++
Deluxe Room, Double Occupancy: MYR 560++

  • Inclusive of daily buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi & use of the Hotel’s Fitness Centre and Outdoor Pool.
  • Exclusive of a 10% Service Charge and a 6 % Service Tax.
  • Exclusive of the Malaysian Government’s Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room, per night. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a valid MyPR card are exempt.
  • These rates will be offered 3 calendar days pre and post-conference, based on availability.
  • These rates will expire on Tuesday, 28 May 2024. Please ensure your reservation is made well before this date to avoid disappointment.
  • Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please use the dedicated link to the special conference rates below.
  • Important to Note: Companies posing as third-party Currency Research housing providers offering hotel reservation services for this or any Currency Research event have not been authorized to contact you. Making a reservation through one of these organizations may result in you not having a room reservation and fraudulent charges on your credit card. Hotel Check-In/Out Information

Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge an early check-in fee of one-night charge and a late check-out fee of half of one night charge before 18:00 hours and one night charge after 18:00 hours.

Attendees wishing to avoid a late check-out fee should advise the Hotel at check-in of any need for an extended check-out time.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • The Hotel will require a one-night deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to three (3) calendar days in advance of the Arrival Date, after which due date the deposit is non-refundable (other than for reasons of Force Majeure or denied Visa).
  • Delegates who cancel two (2) calendar days or less, prior to Check-in, or who fail to check in at the Hotel as arranged, will be charged for late cancellation penalty equivalent to the full duration of their stay.
  • Delegates who wish to check out prior to the reserved check-out date will be charged an early check-out fee of one-night charge. To avoid an early check-out fee, please advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change to the planned length of stay.
